On the delightful coin pendant, Ptolemy VI, who ruled the Egyptian Kingdom of the Hellenistic Empire from 180 to 145 BCE, wears the ornamental diadem of sovereignty.
The Eagle of Zeus on the reverse was a traditional honour to the king of the gods which appeared on all Greek coins.
The T-bar allows the chain to be worn as a long single strand, or fastened as a shorter double strand.
The chunky curb chain with its T-bar could also be used as a fob chain for attachment to a vest or waistcoat, with the extension ring allowing you to add a fob watch.
