Shipping Information

How we ship your purchase 

We are pleased to ship all purchases to our customers free, without any postage or shipping charges, provided we use Australia Post Registered Mail.

Since we are based in Australia, we use Australia Post as our carrier, and ship using Australia Post Registered Mail.

Australia Post Registered Mail provides us with a Tracking Number for each shipment.

We will advise you by email of this Tracking Number as soon as we ship your purchase, so you can track your own shipment.

We ship to you on the first Australia Post working day after we receive your payment.

Shipments to our customers in Australia will normally take from 2 to 6 working days from the time we ship to the time you receive your purchase.

(Australia Post working days are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive).

Please note that if you are not at your delivery address to receive a shipment, Australia Post may leave a message card in your letter box, asking you to pick up your item at your nearest Australia Post business office on an Australia Post working day.

 

Special requests for shipping

If you require a different mode of delivery other than Australia Post Registered Mail, we will be pleased to arrange this for you, provided that you pay us for any extra cost above the price of Australia Post Registered Mail.
